Exchange REQUESTS on all other apparel must be made within 14 days of the order receipt, for merchandise purchased at full retail price. At this time we do not offer full refunds. Exchange requests can be sent to email@example.com.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and unused in the same condition you received it with original tags attached.
Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs on exchange item and item must be shipped with tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
