Over the last couple years I have been experimenting more with plant-based recipes. I physically feel my best when I eat this way. Plus, I've seen all the documentaries about how horribly animals are treated in the food industry & what it's doing to our environment. So I try. But it is HARD!! I'm so picky, never want to feel like I'm being deprived & when I'm in a time crunch I always go for what I know & that usually involves animal products :S One day maybe I'll be able to adopt a fully plant-based diet, until then I'm doing a little bit at a time, and to me, that seems better than nothing!
So if you're trying to eat vegan & the thought of giving up cheesecake makes you want to cry...I promise this is to die for ;)
